This Food Science & Nutrition course is suitable for students who wish to gain employment in the food industry and mature students from an industry background who wish to advance their technical knowledge.

Entry Requirements
- Leaving Certificate, LCA or QQI Level 4 qualification. Ideally maths is desirable.
- For mature applicant’s appropriate experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Satisfactory presentation at interview.
