Description

The role of a Physiotherapy Assistant – based on the Healthcare Assistant Award enables you to work in a supportive role delivering personal care and physiotherapy support in a clinical or home setting. This programme combines the clinical skills of a Healthcare Assistant with the skills & knowledge to support the client in need of Physiotherapy – under the supervision of a Physiotherapist. These skills can be applied in a variety of settings including clinical & home based care settings.
